[C320-list] Mystery Leak

Ok so I have some blue liquid that keeps filing up my bilge. The liquid
smells like a cleaning agent of some kind. Has anyone had this problem?

Here are the things I've checked

   1. The antifreeze used to winterize was pink
   2. I checked all storage lockers for broken bottles of bilge cleaner
   and/or other cleaners.
   3. The antifreeze in the motor is Green

This leak caused my electric bilge pump to fry I just ordered a new one.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
