[C320-list] Mast gate

I did Irv, but actually purchased it from Layline, their distributor.

The fit was decent, but I had to bend it a bit and play around with
the alignment in order to get the slugs to slide smoothly as advised
by Layline and list conversation. It took less than ten minutes and
the gate works very well. Once you have the alignment exactly the way
you want it, scribe a line in the mast with a scratch awl and you can
adjust it instantly whenever you bend the main back on after removing
it.

Once in a great while, a slug will hang on the gate, but I found that
if I just ease the halyard enough to drop the slug a little bit, it
will go on by on the next pull.

I have OEM knurled headed screws, if your holes are stripped and you
want use the same size, you can fill the hole with J-B Weld aluminum
filled epoxy, redrill and fill. Youll have to look up atap chart for
the drill size for yoyr screw.
