[C320-list] Head weeping

So we just got the boat back in the water and finished all the Spring projects and fixes (including a new refrigeration unit - ouch!) - and now there is fluid weeping from around the bottom of the pump assembly on the head toilet. Does anyone recognize this symptom? 

It's a Jabsco, probably original with the boat, so going on 20 years old. Is there a fix? Or does one replace just the pump assembly? Or should one just replace the whole thing?
