[C320-list] Anchor wash

The thru hull that would act as a macerator exit, is reversed and the raw 
water is pumped up to the bow, and terminates in the anchor locker.  The 
idea is that you attach a hose and use it to wash off your anchor when it 
comes up full of muck.

Not sure if Catalina did this or if it was done by PO.

If by PO then my question my by a one off and invalid.
