Jeff,
I need to replace mine, also. I have been looking around quite a bit, and what I've come up with for prices is:

MarinePro (marinepro.us) charges $127 for each.
Oldport Marine out of Rhode Island charges $130 for each front mount, and $120 for each rear mount.
If anyone has found better prices, please let me know.

I know the shaft must be re-aligned after installing new mounts-am I better off waiting until she's back in the water next spring to do this, or is it ok to run the engine for a short time after launching before re-aligning?

Subject: [C320-list] Motor Mounts

I recently noticed my engine seems to vibrate more than usual causing some chaffing on some of the hoses. It appears the four motor mounts (not sure the technical term) are getting rotted out and the rubber pads are falling apart. I have two questions about this. First, where can I buy these and second can they be replaced without lifting up the motor. Anyone replace these before? I've attached a picture of what I am referring to.
