John,

I put a Raritan in my 320 also. There is plywood under the fiberglass where
the head sits, so you just need to drill for lag bolts....

OK. How did you get underneath to attach the fasteners? I did this on
another boat and had to cut an access hole into the bench the toilet sits
on, did you do this also?
