[C320-list] Bypassing the Water Heater

I was out to the boat this weekend and started looking at installing a 
water heater bypass.  It all looks fairly straightforward, assuming you 
could get to the water heater at all.

There have been mentions of how easy it is to remove the drawers under 
the sink and even remove the cabinet.  Are we talking about removing the 
fiberglass unit, or just the drawer cabinet inside?
