[C320-list] Masthead Light

I have a 2004 hull #1005 with a Charleston Spar. I have no Masthead Anchor Light working. There is 12Volts into mast post base. No 12Volts at Masthead. Bulb is good. Contacts appear to be clean at Masthead. Steaming Light works fine. All Masthead instruments work fine. Any thoughts or advice  before I do something really stupid? Pulling the mast is not an option at this time.
