[C320-list] Camcleat lock

I currently use the winch also but was hoping to find someone who had 
replaced the red clip.  Apparently when they break people do not bother to 
try and replace them.

I removed that red clip 14 years ago when it broke. It is completely 
unnecessary. When you have the sheet on the winch it will not catch in the 
cleat.

My understanding is that it isn't a "hold down". When in place, it
prevents the mainsheet from entering the cleat, i.e. the sheet runs over,
not under the red bar. Right?
