[C320-list] Camcleat lock

Mine hasn't broken but if it did I sure wouldn't replace it. I find it 
useless. Even the diagrams on the 320 website about how to use it don't make 
sense. (e.g. Why would you lead your sheet OVER the red bar? What does that 
accomplish? Then at some point you'd have to thread it back UNDER the bar? 
When and why? Duh.)
