[C320-list] Wash Down Pump at Anchor Locker

I used the West Marine 7865678. Not sure it is available anymore. It
featured a 3.4 gpm pump with 70 psi cutoff.
Been working OK but more flow would be useful sometimes. I see that
most of the kits now feature a 5 gpm pump, which should be quite
adequate.
