[C320-list] slug lubricant, bottom paint

What is a good lubricant for sail slugs on the mast?

Also, I am preparing to paint the bottom of my 2001 C-320 wing keel with Petit Trinidad bottom paint.  What is the recommended amount I should order?

What height do I need to set the jack stands (from the hull to the ground)?
