[C320-list] Water Heater

I can say that a couple times when motoring really hard against a current
up-river back to our marina (and trying to make the next drawbridge opening
before a storm), we've seen our engine heat up a lot. We'd just run the hot
water in the galley sink and see the temp drop back to an acceptable range.
So, it does have an effect but like John said, it's only 5 or 6 gallons so
it doesn't take a hot engine very long to heat that up.

After the water tank is hot it stops helping cool the engine.

Nice to have hot water.
