[C320-list] Engine bilge tube

If it looks like a small version of a dryer tube, it is connected to the
blower on the engine.  The switch at the helm for the blower turns the fan
off and on and it pushes through there.  Not 100% sure that is what you are
referreing too, but it is the only one I can picture.
