I bought online 'The Commander Steering Arm' from www.steeringarm.com,
dealing by email with Harlan Lassen. This was in February 2010. At the time
the cost was 99$ USD + USPS shipping to Canada. This web address is now
dead, so unless you can find him elsewhere this is not an option.

While researching your answer I did find that Forespar now sells what the
photos lead me to believe is the same product. You can find it at this link:
http://www.forespar.com/products/boat-steering-arm.shtml and with the
passage of time and now supply from an international marine source, the
price is higher.
