[C320-list] Helm Seat/web site

I found your photos and they are interesting.  
On another subject,  I have trouble with using the "Search" function on the web site for finding  photos. I've never had any luck finding anything, including my own photos that way. Can someone tell me an easy way to find photos?

While at the helm in heavy weather I always stand.  In calm sailing
conditions, and when motoring, I use the helm seat that I've modified.  If
you take a look at the member's gallery photos you'll see "On Your Mark
#408."  There are about 6 photos in my folder that show how my helm seat has
been modified.  The modification enables you to see ahead while seated and
it has a comfortable footrest.  The design works well for me and when not in
use I can fold it up and store it in the port lazarette.

I suppose it depends upon your height..If 6-2 your seat is great, less than
that your seat is in the garage.  Problem solved!  DUH

Based on some 320 owners advise, I just put mine in the dock box. I like the
extra space in the cockpit so far. I will try sail without the seat for a
while.
