[C320-list] Helm Seat/web site

Hi Bill,

The website search feature in the upper right corner of the site does an OK job of finding content, but can miss finding photos. 

To search pictures, the photo gallery has its own search box. It works best when people add keywords to their pictures. I think I found a bug where search doesn't always look at the picture title.  :(

We should fix that.  Also, some content won't show up in search unless you log in first.
