[C320-list] Waste Tank Question

PO = Previous Owner   My boat's PO apparently did nothing himself but had
the yard do all the work. That works IF you remember to tell them what to
do. I think that since he was putting the boat up for sale over the winter,
he really wasn't thinking about it.
