[C320-list] Waste Tank Question

My tank has a monitoring system installed.
This unit also reports on the two water tanks.
It works well on the water tanks, but the waste tank shows empty until there
is about 20% in the tank.
If you are not sure - tap the side of the tank, when the sound changes,
that's the liquid level.

PO = Previous Owner   My boat's PO apparently did nothing himself but had
the yard do all the work. That works IF you remember to tell them what to
do. I think that since he was putting the boat up for sale over the winter,
he really wasn't thinking about it.
