[C320-list] Burgee halyard

I installed my eye strap and small block with two SS tapped screws to the underside of the aluminum spreader. I did not want to drill one larger hole through the entire spreader tip and bottom. We have a flag off of one and our Davis radar reflector off of the other one. Plenty of capacity without placing an eyebolt through the spreader top and bottom.
