[C320-list] Table berth

Just for info, mine came new with a large warning tag tied to it "Warning: DO NOT LUBRICATE". Haven't the foggiest why, but they had a reason.

Ours was the same way, probably from not being used in a long time but it wouldn't budge. I sprayed some silicone on the shaft for good measure and then as stated here push hard OVER THE POST, when you do get it down just wiggle the table back and forth to raise it back up, at first it will go real slow but after doing this many times it will pop right up.
