[C320-list] Coolant Levels

I'll have to take another look at mine, but I think the overflow bottle is
above the cap, and the tube is inserted through the top of the bottle and
rests on the bottom............I hope that's right.  Maybe there are
different ways of accomplishing the same overflow function.
