Becky, did you use the GPS Bad Elf "Pro or 30 pin connector ?" I would like to use it on
my IPad version 1 (which has Navionics). I have an IPad 4 version (3g), but would have to buy an up grade of the
NAVIONICS ($55 I think). I am not sure if I have to have 3g turned on to have the GPS working
on the IPad 4??? Anyone know?
thanks,

Generally the non cellular version only has GPS when you are in Wifi range. If
you find yours does not work, Bad Elf makes a GPS adapter for the iPad.
Navionics will work with that adapter.
