[C320-list] Propane cylinder replaement

I need to replace my propane cylinder, as it has the old style OPD valve 
on it. None of my local propane vendors will fill it. They claim it's 
against the law. I have been looking at the "Lite Cylinder" which is 
made of Fiberglass and is see through so you know how much fuel is left.

Have any of you tried this as a replacement" Dimension wise it loos to 
be a fit but I am concerned about the top, which looks a little larger 
than the one I have.
