[C320-list] 3M 4200 fast cure

My starboard deck fitting for the lower aft shroud is leaking slightly in heavy rains. I had planned to rebed the deck fitting using 3M 4200. Three area WM stores are out of it in the 3 oz tube (don't need the large size) and 2 stores said that 4200 has been discontinued by 3M (however it's still listed on the 3M website). Any information on what to replace it with (don't want to use 5200) and whether the rumor is true?
