[C320-list] Perkins M30 - Recommended Oil Viscosity?

Don, on our web site search "perkins manual" and you will have the answers
you seek.  
In the environment that most of us use our boats, there are several grades
of oil that can be used. I think I've been using 15-40 oil that I buy in
gallons by the case at Sam's Club.  More important is that you get heavy
duty diesel oil not standard automotive oil. 
Somewhere on the label will be a circular seal that says, "API Service..."
followed by some letters and numbers. The current API codes for diesels are:
CH-4, CI-4, and CJ-4.

About to charge the oil, but I find that the Perkins Spec sheet does not
specify the recommended engine oil viscosity (e.g., 10-30, etc.).  Can some
of you with the M30 let me know what your running.  This is a SoCal boat if
that makes a difference.  Thanks much!
