[C320-list] Engine Cover Latches

I just got two from Catalina in Whitby Ontario. They are on the boat and
will look for a part number on the week-end when I install them.

Concern is make sure they do not pull the engine cover into the engine. I
currently see wear on the inside of the cover from pulley friction.
