[C320-list] halyard/topping lift

I mounted a cleat on the port side of the mast matching the one on the starboard.  I use that cleat to tie off my unused spinaker halyard.
 
That freed up a clutch for me.

Port clutches hold:   Genoa Halyard, Outhaul, Boom Vang
Starboard clutches:  Reefing line, Main Halyard, Topping Lift
