[C320-list] Coupling Shaft Torque Check

As we get ready to go back in I would like to take check the torque on the shaft coupling. What is the torque value? The previous owner suggested I do this since a new SS shaft was installed last year. Is there any special procedure?
 
 I guess I should check alignment as well, any advice (space/gap values) on this as well?
