[C320-list] water heater

The entire unit sits on a fiberglass tray that is screwed down to the hull (about 4 - 6 screws).  Drain the heater, unscrew the fiberglass tray from the hull and you can rotate this towards you for better access to the unit.  Follow the wires - they go to the thermostats and heating unit (behind an additional protector).  You can use a mulitmeter to determine which part is bad (in my case it was the high temperature cutoff - the breaker with the red button itself - that was bad).
