[C320-list] Fuel tank shut off valve?

In September (year?) Dick Walker wrote that he added a shutoff valve just
before the fuel filter. I want to add one just before the Racor but the
hose is only 5" long and I can't find a 5/16" ID valve with barbed
fittings. I can find them with threaded fittings and add barbed adapters
but then the length becomes more than 5" and is impossible to install.
Dick,  where did you get your fuel shutoff valve?
