[C320-list] MAIN TRAVELLER CART

Hi 320 owners out there 

Has anybody had a problem like this?

I race my 320 quiet hard...My main CART is very difficult to move up and
down the traveller while sheeted on under load. 

I have checked it out and found that it works on small ceramic ball bearings
...my theory is that they may be flat or worn and need replacing.

Anyone ever had these issues, how does one repair or service these?
