[C320-list] Dry Aqualift Muffler

I have hull #508 so there maybe obvious differences between our boats besides two different engines.  The muffler you describe sounds like my design and if so there is nothing out there from a commercial supplier, like Vetus, to solve your problem.
Pull the muffler and re glass is what I did.  No problems since.
