I believe there is an owner of an early model 320 that did use a Vetus
product. I might even be able to contact him. I believe he is in the
Annapolis area.

I have hull #508 so there maybe obvious differences between our boats
besides two different engines. The muffler you describe sounds like my
design and if so there is nothing out there from a commercial supplier, like
Vetus, to solve your problem.
Pull the muffler and re glass is what I did. No problems since.
