[C320-list] Garhauer genoa block issue

     While sailing this past weekend I noticed that the large horizontal 
bolt that runs through my Garhauer Genoa block had backed off by almost 
1/2 inch. I didn't have a wrench handy and so just snugged it up by hand 
for the rest of the sail. Wondering if anyone has had problems with 
these, or knows what kind of torque should be applied. There appears to 
be some kind of compression washer below the hex bolt head. The block is 
one of the stainless replacement blocks I got from Garhauer when the 
original blocks with plastic sheaves seized up.
