[C320-list] North/South Carolina Coastal Areas

This is for those of you who either live near, or visit regularly,  to the 
North and/or South Carolina coastal areas.  My girlfriend and I  are 
considering buying a condo or small home, water front or water  view, somewhere in 
the areas between Oriental, NC and Savannah,  GA.  We are looking to visit 
some of those areas in late October or so and  are looking for 
recommendations as to where a couple near  age 70 with a C-320 might be interested in 
living/sailing either full  time or perhaps just in the colder months.  Our 
price range is in the  $250-300K neighborhood.  Any input from our fellow 
sailors in  those areas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance......
