[C320-list] Bilge Pump

Upon getting my 2002 boat ready for launch I learned that the bilge pump will not operate. The wiring appears to be intact. The red light comes on in the control panel when I activate the switch to operate the pump manually. I would appreciate your thoughts about any further trouble shooting and a recommendation for a new pump brand and model. The present pump is a Rulematic Switch CE, max. 14 amp. up to 32 VDC.
