Hi All,

Yes, it is that time again.  Your board had a discussion during the Nov. 11th meeting as to where the 2015 Rendezvous should be held.  Last year it was on the east coast and we are hoping to have the 2015 get together somewhere on the west coast.  I am looking for someone to head up the committee and volunteers to assist in the planning and follow through of the event.  This is something that I cannot run from the east coast without the help of a lot of folks from the local area.  It will be time consuming and there are a lot of details to attend to, so I do not want to mislead anyone that it will be a cake walk.  We need to get started soon to pull off this event which historically has been the first weekend in August.  We are also considering moving the event up to around the third week in June.  August is prime time and prime $$$ for vacationers and seems like a lot of family reunions, etc. are held as well.
