We did ours a few years ago. We sent it to Depco Pump in FL. They rebuilt it
with all new moving parts. It came back looking like a new pump, painted,
and with new screws. The cost was about $60 for labor plus parts. Parts not
cheap. Still, less expensive than a new pump. However, if you buy a new
pump, and the old one still works, keep it as a spare. 
Any Perkins parts dealer can get you a new pump. I think Depco can too.
