[C320-list] Boat Hook Storage

I have a length of PVC pipe attached to the stren pulpit with hose
clamps. Holds the boat hook nicely. Size the pipe inside diameter to
accommodate your particular boathook as their handle diameters can
vary. I kept it open at the bottom, hook actually rests on transom.
