[C320-list] Boat Hook Storage

We use pole brackets that mount to the stanchions.  This way it is off the
deck, away from jib sheets, and readily available for use.  I think we
purchased the brackets from WM (we have had them a long time so I'm not
sure) easy to mount as they just fit around the stanchion and screw
