Our experience with North Direct was very good. We purchased a main and 150
genoa for our previous boat, Pearson 28. We found the customer service very
good and the sail quality excellent. The jib did have about 24" of seam
that was not stitched properly and North insisted that we return it for
immediate repair. (all at their expense). They did not want us to take it
to a local loft for a minor repair. Have no complaints and we will
certainly consider them when Sheet Music needs new sails.
