[C320-list] Engine anti-freeze

Just changed out the green antifreeze . Just added a flush and will drain that out tomorrow. Then ready to put in dexcool long life (GM Dealers).
I did not purchase the 50/50 mix. Do you have to add water to the Dexcool ? If so why? Water freezes up here.
