[C320-list] Engine anti-freeze

You do need to add *Distilled* water to a 50/50 mix. The mix is important to
obtain proper operating temperature of the engine. Freezing point will not
be an issue at this mix.
Since you have gone through the trouble of flushing, there are ELC out there
that may be a better choice. Yanmar's current recommendations are Dexcool,
Havoline ELC and Texaco ELC, however the Rotella ELC is also recommended and
used by many Yanmar shops (easy to find and cheap). Not sure if Dexcool has
solved earlier issues, but if you google, you will find that it came to be
known as 'Death Cool'......

Just changed out the green antifreeze . Just added a flush and will drain
that out tomorrow. Then ready to put in dexcool long life (GM Dealers).

I did not purchase the 50/50 mix. Do you have to add water to the Dexcool ?
If so why? Water freezes up here.
