[C320-list] Lewmar folding wheel

Part of my reason for getting the folding wheel was that the leather
wrap on the old wheel was getting cut up by the lazarette seat, whenever
it was opened and closed. The leather wrap was 13 years old, and was
needing to be replaced. Rather than spend a couple hundred dollars just
replacing the leather wrap, I decided to treat myself to the folding
wheel, which has a hide wrap on it and will not be making contact with
the lazarette seat. Obviously, it also makes it that much easier to get
around the wheel.
