You still need a zinc on the prop shaft.  As a "belt and suspenders" guy, I
use 2 zincs on the shaft.

The 3GM30F Yanmar's don't have engine zincs.  At the rear of the motor,
above the transmission, you will see a plate where the zinc used to go.  If
you doubt this, feel free to call Mack Boring at 908-964-0700.  These guys
are the Yanmar experts.

Page 40 of the engine manual for my Yanmar 3GM30F, serial number E28782,
talks about replacement of the Anticorrosion Zinc on the engine. However, it
does not show the location of it in the engine diagram picture. I would
appreciate it if someone could help me locate it.
