Hello from S/ v. Windy City Catalina 320, hull number 948. We keep our boat behind our house and the sailing here is fabulous! We have lived it worked and played in Cape Coral for over 22 years and this is still my favorite place to live. Please visit my website at www.Cape Coral homes.com. Or call me anytime. I would be happy to speak with you. Sailboat access homes start around $250,000 and go up to 3 million. How much do you want to spend? We just got the award for the best place to live in the country if you have asthma, have super low crime for a city of 165,000 people, and we have choices of sailing in the gulf or the river or in between the islands. Always a fun destination around the corner. Tomorrow, our sailing club is sailing up to Tween Waters Resort on Sanibel Island to spend two nights there and party. Our sailing club has over 200 members, and there are two other 320 owners here, too. The average age in Cape Coral is 49 years old, not to be confused with Contadora and Port Charlotte where everyone is about 100😎

We are looking for any recommendations on best places to retire / live and sail in Florida for non-millionaires. :) Any Catalina owners on this list with marina / boating community suggestions, pros / cons? We are more into destinations sailing than just day-sailing.
