Unless you take her out frequently they are notorious to getting jammed up with gunk. Your diver should give it a good cleaning once per month. Or pull it out from top, insert the plug and soak it in vinegar for a day and clean it. They always are a problem. I've seen stuff you can spray on it but never tried it. Sometimes I've found that just reversing for a minute can get it spinning again. We do this and works half the time.
