[C320-list] Fwd: Wheel Steering Safety Notice

I likewise inspected the plate this weekend. Plate Looks good , also no apparent attachment problems when I pushed/ pulled on the idler pulley's .
I will however check how well topside penetrations are sealed. Hull is 2000,
