[C320-list] Possible idea for solving the windlass (rope-only gypsy) problem

All, 

See the following link for a Windlass install on a Sabre 34. I think
this could work on a C320 as well, and would solve the problem of the
rope-only gypsy that most of us are stuck with.

After several years of use, it still works well and they are still quite
happy with it. 

What do you all think?
